NVMD Gathering (Updated)

Good afternoon my beautiful people.Ms Zuhaidah, we will need your help for this one. The juniors are to set up a committee and choose your people to set up a bbq on this Saturday.
Juniors will prepare the food and things needed for bbq. They will also form a team for the games. Any seniors who want to help the juniors with the bbq, you're very welcome.
I want to ask the seniors if they are alright with the day(Sat: 16/June/2007) first. If they are any disagreements or other commitments that you need to attend to on the day(Sat:16/June/2007), please
inform myself or Azhar about your absense or reason.
We will go according to amount of people going. Majority will win of course.
Let's put it this way, if more than 10 dancers couldn't come, this gathering will be cancelled.Azhar and myself have decided upon a day that we could have a gathering at school this coming Saturday afternoon.

Requirements: Lots of effort from the juniors.
Capital: Juniors should collect funds for the bbq, initiative people. For the funds, this is the budget. Please watch and follow closely:1) <$7 from each person for food/drinks.2) $1 each Harvest History Montage (HHM) CD-Juniors must follow this budget closely and strictly. Search for caterers offering below $7 for bbq food/drinks. [bbqwholesale.com is good.]-Celeste is replacing Fabian. Please send ur photos/refelctions to her NOW! Your reflections will be included.The people invited are, the pioneers, the juniors and the flippers are of course are very much welcomed.
