Procedure:
1) Budget Use whatever amount of money that you have. Using recycled materials is the best method.
2) DesignPlan out your design. Colour theme, etc.
3) ApprovalSeek Ms Zu's approval.
4) Take action!Assemble a team. A team of 6 is enough; you don't need more than that. Purchase whatever essential material that you need. Or search for alternative/recycled material. Allocate yourself into different tasks.
You should be able to complete everything less than a week, depending on how your team cooperate. Wish you guys all the best!
