Dance Camp meeting

hi frens,
i have completed abt 20% of the actual proposal that is to be handed to ms zu, mr tan and the new teacher...
so far, i've only typed out the security, 1/3 of the activity and the main (date, camp fee, etc) proposals...
there'll be a meeting...the LAST meeting before 'O' levels....please choose which date and time you want it to be held:
1) Date: 18 August 2006 ( Friday )
Time: 4pm - 6pm
2) Date: 19 August 2006 ( Saturday )
Time: 10.30am - 12.30am
note: time might exceed.plz reply and choose the appropriate date as soon as possible...
during the meeting...the ADMIN committee must present their proposal on the dance competition....then it would be the FOOD committee, followed by the SECURITY
committe..
